No refunds or exchanges unless there is damages caused during shipping, please contact info@natures-hues.com straight away with photos. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. if you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
shipping & lost packages
I am not responsible for lost packages, tracking number is provided once your order is shipped to keep you up to date on the progress of shipment.
